Perfect is the enemy of good.
How many things haven't been tried because you couldn't guarantee that it would be perfect. Sometimes you just have to jump in and not worry whether it is going to be perfect. It can be good to try anyway and not worry about the mistakes that can be made, obviously you don't want to make things worse but you will always learn from trying and fear is the emotion which makes you make mistakes so banish the fear and get on with it, it'll probably turn out better anyway than if you have it perfect.
The other aspect of perfection is that it eats away at your confidence. Getting out there you are likely to find that you are far from being the worst at a given subject and there are plenty of people who can learn from you.
Practice is also something that is hindered by perfection, accept that you are not perfect yourself and may need many attempts to become proficient.

Physics says there is always a reaction to an action and in life this is also true. Problem in life is that lots of the reactions are unpredictable and not what was intended. Be careful when you manipulate and force your outlook on a situation there will be things which happen which you do not want or need.
